Dear Parents,
In an effort to continue streamlining our yearly registration process and continue the reduction of paper consumption, we are again excited to use Online Registration through TeacherEase.
For the 2025-26 school year, we are REQUIRING that all parents register their returning students online. (Families who are not returning should still complete the process to update their contact information.)
Opening May 1, 2025:
Part 1 of 3: Student Information & Forms
(10-15 minutes)
Part 2 of 3: Health Information & Forms
(10-15 minutes)
Opening July 8, 2025:
Part 3 of 3: Free-Reduced Lunch Application & Fees
(10-15 minutes)
We are requiring that all returning families complete Parts 1 and 2 of Online Registration by May 16, 2025. This information helps to determine staffing needs and allows registered high school students to have scheduling priority. Once you log in to TeacherEase, you should be prompted to complete the process.
Download the iOS or Android TeacherEase app from your app store to complete Online Registration on your smartphone or complete Online Registration on a tablet/laptop/desktop.

Tips for Completing Online Registration
Online Registration must be completed using a custodial parent/guardian login with a web browser on a tablet/laptop/desktop computer or using the Mobile app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
A message should be displayed along the top directing you to online registration. If not, navigate to
Miscellaneous>Online Registration
.
Choose to βContinueβ registration for your student(s).
Steps are on the left (or in the mobile app menu). See the online registration tutorial here: Youtube:
If you change your studentβs address, you will be required to re-verify your residency according to District policy. In addition, some families will be randomly selected to re-verify residency.
When updating emergency contacts, you may notice that one or more contacts is grayed-out. This means that contact is linked as a custodial parent with another student and that parent will update their own information when they complete his or her online registration.
Remember, Part 3 does not open until July 8th, so you cannot fill out your FRLA or pay fees early.
After you have completed all items, click the green βSubmitβ button along the bottom.
